"Pastel Village" is finally available as a print and more! 💕
The story behind this is about me coping with depression, it's moody rollercoaster weather and how to find home in living through it all. I try to be aware that others are going through similar battles of feeling lost or not belonging anywhere.
I created this to remind others (and myself) that we can find a way to feel united, while still being in the comfort of our home. We get told: "Go out of your room and hang with friends!" and: "Get out of the house and soak in some sun!" a lot.. which definitely can help! Though sometimes it doesn't and you become even more discouraged that something's wrong with you. Sometimes it's even tough to get out of bed, & that totally fine. It's okay to keep to ourselves sometimes. Some days I don't want to see people. I use to feel really alone knowing that I find myself recharging easier all by myself without any help from others..
I want to remind anyone who can relate to this that it is totally okay to have time for yourself. You are not being selfish, and most importantly, you are NOT alone. 💞
( though please make sure you text or reply back to friends and let them know you are safe and need alone time if they are every worried about you!! Hehe) but yeah, i had a lot of fun putting in details into this, i hope you guys like it!
